What happens to the details you send us
We keep only what we need to set up and give you the assessment you asked for.
The form keeps what you type, plus a few details that keep spam out
Your business name, your name, phone, email, website and what you'd like off your plate, plus the page you sent it from, when, and how long the page was open. We count taps on our email link. We don't use advertising trackers.
To limit repeated or automated sending, we keep a code made from your internet address and a secret key, never the address itself. Our hosting provider's logs, kept for up to 7 days, may include the address.
It is used only to talk with you about your business and the assessment
We use your details to contact you about the assessment and, if we work together, about that work. We won't add you to a mailing list.
Four service providers handle it for us, and some of them are in the United States
The website and its form run on Cloudflare; requests go to the software we run our office on, hosted by Railway; notification emails go out through SendGrid; our email is hosted by Google. They may store or process it in the United States as well as Canada, only to provide their service to us.
Ask us to show, fix or delete what we hold
Write to our privacy officer at office@caioperator.com. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
